These programmes help participants develop a polished image, stronger confidence, and workplace-appropriate behaviour aligned with their role and goals.
From personal grooming and dressing to communication etiquette and social confidence, the programme supports participants in creating a professional presence that is credible, consistent, and impactful.
Photo & Video Consent (Adult Programmes)
During our adult programmes, workshops, and events, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken for documentation, training records, and promotional purposes.
All photo and video usage is handled responsibly and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia.
Images or recordings may be used for:

By participating in our programmes, adult participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and publication of photo and video materials as stated above.
Participants who do not wish to be recorded may inform us in advance or submit a written request to info@eleganceimage.com, and reasonable arrangements will be made where possible.
Certification & Assessment
This programme adopts a competency-based certification approach, where participants are evaluated based on demonstrated performance in real workplace scenarios. Assessment includes written evaluation, practical application, and trainer observation. Participants who successfully meet the required competency standards will be awarded a Certificate of Competency.
