1. Services Provided
Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy provides professional training, consultancy, and development programmes, including but not limited to image, etiquette, communication, confidence building, and personal development.

Programme content, structure, and delivery method may vary based on participant profile, age group, learning objectives, and programme format.
​
2. Programme Customisation
All programmes are customisable based on client requirements, participant needs, and objectives. Programme outlines, duration, and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Programme recommendaAtions are provided based on information shared by clients or participants.
​
3. HRD Corp & Self-Paid Programmes
Selected programmes may be structured as HRD Corp–claimable training, subject to eligibility, approval, and prevailing HRD Corp requirements.
​
Self-paid (non-HRD) programmes are also available. Eligibility for HRD Corp claims is determined by HRD Corp and not guaranteed by Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy.

4. Registration & Payment
Programme registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or official confirmation, where applicable.
Payment terms, deposits, and deadlines will be communicated during the quotation or confirmation stage. Late payments may result in postponement or cancellation of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing.
​
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on programme type, preparation work, venue arrangements, and trainer availability. Applicable charges, if any, will be communicated accordingly.

6. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during programmes.
Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Age-Appropriate Content
Programmes are clearly differentiated by age group:

Children: Ages 7–12

Teenagers: Ages 13–17

Adults: 18 years and above

Content, demonstrations, and activities are designed to be age-appropriate. Cosmetic makeup is not included in children programmes and is introduced responsibly in teen and adult programmes.

8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, worksheets, slides, presentations, images, and programme structures are the intellectual property of Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy.
​
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
​
9. Photography & Video Recording
Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during programmes for documentation, training, and promotional purposes.
Consent is obtained in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. Participants or parents/guardians may withdraw consent by written notice prior to programme commencement.

10. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia.
Information is collected solely for programme administration, communication, and service delivery purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

11. Limitation of Liability
Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in programmes.

Programme outcomes may vary depending on individual engagement, participation, and circumstances.

12. External Services
Corporate branding and customised items, where applicable, are provided under PROZX Global. Separate quotations and terms may apply for such services.

13. Amendments
Elegance Image & Etiquette Consultancy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this website.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
