RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love our products. However, if a return is required, please review the policy below. All product purchases are completed via our official Shopee store. Returns and refunds are subject to Shopee’s return and refund process and approval.

Eligibility for Returns：

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging condition

• Items that are used or damaged by customers are not eligible for refund

• Refund timelines depend on Shopee’s processing and approval

• Original packaging and shipping container must be intact

• Items must match the original order confirmation

❌ Products that are used, damaged by customers, or returned due to personal preference will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Process

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 14 days after confirmation.
